Meet Coach Jenn
I started running like most people, not really knowing what I was doing. I just wanted to move my body and I always felt better doing it. Over the years I’ve learned so much from my own personal training experience and my time as a coach.
My goal is to share all that knowledge with you in a simple and easy to implement way, so you don’t have to go through all the struggles I did. Everything is in one place and I am always here to help support you. My goal is to get people running and feeling more confident in who they are in the process.
