About Me
My Journey
I started much like everyone else. One step at a time. I have always loved being active, mainly as a stress reliever. In grad school I actually worked at a running store where I learned about everything running and how to train. Then I found the world of triathlon. I started with short distances and it slowly progressed to longer and longer races. I love to push myself to try new races, to try new distances, and to see what I can do. I now love helping and guiding others to start their fitness journey and achieve their goals. I want to accelerate your experience based on what I know and have learned from my experiences.
I have completed numerous races from 5K to marathon distance and have completed 7 Ironman distance triathlons, including the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. I have a degree in exercise physiology and I am a USAT Triathlon certified coach.

There is no better feeling than giving my athletes the tools they need to achieve their goals. I want to set every athlete up for success, helping you reach your goals and enjoying the process along the way.
The Power of Mindset
It’s common to just get a training plan for the physical training but what about the mental aspect? What I have learned from my own experience is that I also needed the mental skills to show up and be my best every workout. It’s easy to let doubt or negative self talk creep in and impact your training. I give you the skills to overcome that.

I am a dog mom to two black labs; Ella, 9 and Hoagie, 3. I love traveling, seeing new places, and experiencing new adventures.
