  • An 8-week plan that uses a walk/run approach that gradually builds your physical and mental endurance.
  • Core to the program are mental lessons, tips, and tools to help build your mental endurance for the 5k and for life. Our thoughts and beliefs need training, just like our body.
  • You’ll receive information on everything related to running, to make the process more enjoyable. From what cloths to wear that don’t rub you raw to how to pick a running shoe to fueling.
  • Plus access to a coach! Have questions or need support, I will be there to help you the entire way.

Meet Coach Jenn

I started running like most people, not really knowing what I was doing. I just wanted to move my body and I always felt better doing it. Over the years I have learned so much from my own personal experience and from my time working in a running store. My goal is to share all that knowledge with you in a simple and easy to implement way, so you don’t have to go through all the struggles I did. Everything is in one place and I am always here to help support you. My goal is to get more people running and feeling more confident in who they are in the process.
